Fried Pork and Apples
1 pound of pork sliced thin 4 apples 2 onions Salt and Pepper to taste
Cut the pork into slices about a ¼ inch thick and about the size of a 50 cent piece.
Cut up apples into slices, no need to peel, peel the onions and slice.
Place a dutch oven or skillet over coals and add a pat of butter, fry the pork in the butter until almost done. Add the apples and onions, season to taste and cook until done.
