Everybody loves this. It's easy, inexpensive, filling and versatile. Add your own choice of meat and fillings.
Serves 12....or 4....😍
2 tubes buttermilk biscuits (the little cheap cans) quartered
1 16ox can pizza sauce
1-1/2 # ground beef
2C mozzarella cheese
2C cheddar cheese
Brown meat, quarter biscuits and mix these with pizza sauce. Mix in cheese. Bake in 9x13 pan at 400 for 20 minutes, top with extra or reserved cheese and bake additional 10 minutes.
